About the Foundation

Incorporated in 2008, the Southern Crescent Pearls Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization affiliated with the Psi Alpha Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®. Guided by a steadfast commitment to service and excellence, the Foundation strengthens communities through impactful initiatives, empowers nonprofit partners through strategic grantmaking, and transforms lives by investing in students’ futures through college scholarships.

Through intentional and strategic giving, the Foundation has contributed thousands of dollars in support of the following programs:
